The subject of the consultation is to carry out the full design work, starting from the project study and including as an additional mission, the preparation of regulatory files for lot n°1. The subject of lot n°2 is to assist the project owner in the public consultation in order to collect grievances on the project's accompanying measures and in the acceptance of the latter. The subject of lot n°3 is to assist the project owner in land acquisitions carried out amicably or by way of expropriation and in the preparation of administrative files related to land (land survey, declaration of public utility and public utility easement).
