Poland – Forestry services – Wykonywanie usług z zakresu gospodarki leśnej na terenie Nadleśnictwa Rzepin w latach 2027 - 2028.

The subject of the contract are forestry services in accordance with the definition in art. 6 para. 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and felling, forest nurseries, forest seed production, nature conservation, maintenance of forest facilities, as well as hunting and meadow-farming management to be carried out in the area of Rzepin Forest District and the Rzepin Forest District Game Breeding Centre in the years 2027-2028. The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 parts ("Packages"). The detailed scope of work is described in the Contract Documents (Specification of Contract Conditions SWZ and attachments to SWZ). The material scope of the contract subject includes the summary quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and felling, forest nurseries, forest seed production, nature conservation, maintenance of forest facilities, as well as hunting and meadow-farming management resulting from Annex No. 2 to SWZ. The material scopes listed in the annexes constituting Annex No. 2 are of an indicative nature. The detailed list of forest addresses for the year 2028 (applicable to Package III and IV) the Purchaser will transfer to the Contractor before the start of work in the following year, i.e. after the approval of the provisional financial plan in the period up to the end of the year preceding the next period of work implementation. The quality standards relating to all essential features of the contract subject are specified in Annex No. 3 to SWZ. The standards specified in Annex No. 3 to SWZ form the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the contract subject (Annex No. 2 to SWZ). If an activity described in the above annexes has not been provided for in the description of the contract subject (Annex No. 2 to SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3 to SWZ do not apply. The Parameter Tables contain (separately for each Package) detailed information on the manner of implementation of some of the activities described in Annex No. 3 to SWZ, in particular conditions relating to the given Package constituting the contract subject. Descriptions of the codes of activities describing individual forest works (activities) constituting the contract subject have been described in Annex No. 3 to SWZ. The description of the rules of the procedure for accepting forest works has been included in Annex No. 3 to SWZ. The Purchaser, in accordance with art. 95 PZP, requires the employment by the Contractor or subcontractor, on the basis of an employment relationship, of persons performing activities in the field of contract implementation involving the harvesting and felling of timber, if the performance of these activities involves work in the manner specified in art. 22 para. 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 Labour Code. The Purchaser may, during the implementation of the Contract, assign a scope of work smaller than that indicated in the SWZ, however, not smaller than that constituting the equivalent of 70% of the Remuneration. The assignments will be transferred by the Purchaser in the period from the date of conclusion of the Contract (but not earlier than from 2 January 2027) to 31 December 2028. The deadlines for the implementation of the Assignment Positions will be determined each time in the Assignment. The deadline for the implementation of the Assignment Position indicated in the Assignments will in no case be later than 15 January 2029. The estimated value of the contract is the sum of: the basic contract (net contract value plus option right at the level of 30%) and the expected contracts, referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7) PZP in the amount of 50% of the basic contract.
