Bulgaria – Road construction works – „ИНЖЕНЕРИНГ НА ДЕЙНОСТИ ЗА ИЗГРАЖДАНЕ, ОБНОВЯВАНЕ И РЕКОНСТРУКЦИЯ НА ТРАНСПОРТНА ИНФРАСТРУКТУРА, ВКЛ. УЛИЦИ, СЪОРЪЖЕНИЯ И ОБЛАГОРОДЯВАНЕ ПО МАРШРУТНИТЕ ЛИНИИ НА ОБЩЕСТВЕНИЯ ТРАНСПОРТ“

The subject of the procurement includes the performance of the following main activities:

Activity 1 – Preparation of an investment project in the "Technical Project" phase with scope and content according to the Law on Spatial Development (LSD) and Ordinance No. 4 of 21 May 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, as well as provided in the technical specification.

Activity 2 – Execution of construction and installation works (C&I) in accordance with the duly agreed and approved investment project.

Activity 3 – Exercise of author supervision during construction.

The activities subject to the procurement will be performed in relation to an object for the construction, renovation and reconstruction of transport infrastructure, incl. streets, facilities and landscaping along the public transport routes. The execution of the object is related to the construction, renovation and reconstruction of transport infrastructure, incl. streets and facilities along the public transport routes, laying new pavement, raising and recording manholes within the scope of the repaired pavement, as well as new concrete curbs, marking, installation of road signs, modernization of traffic light systems, repair/construction of 46 stops, installation of video surveillance and lighting of the stops and the surrounding areas and construction of an accessible architectural environment for people with disabilities. It is envisaged to improve a total of 40 000 sq.m. of surrounding space, of which 4 000 sq.m. for greening. The construction is of the third category, according to art. 137, para. 1, item 3, letter "a" of the Law on Spatial Development and in connection with art. 6, para. 1, item 2 of Ordinance No. 1 of 30.07.2003 on the nomenclature of types of constructions. The public procurement is carried out in connection with the implementation of project No. BG16FFPR003-1.001-0002-C01 "Improvement of Sustainable Urban Mobility of Vidin Municipality" through the procedure of direct grant of non-repayable financial assistance BG16FFPR003-1.001 "Support for Integrated Urban Development in 10 Municipalities - Major Growth Centres", Priority 1 "Integrated Urban Development" of the "Regional Development" Programme 2021-2027.
