The aim of the competition is to develop a high-quality, economical and sustainable new student residence building for the site of the former slipway car park in Tübingen. The open spaces and facilities are also to be included in the planning. The new development of the approximately 3,838 m² competition site should be in good architectural and urban design context with the immediate vicinity and should respond sensitively and appropriately to the urban design and functional requirements.// The subject of the competition are services according to HOAI for the conception of the new development of a student residence in Tübingen.// The competition is being held as a single-stage, non-open, realisation competition, with a preceding selection procedure, with 15 participants. The client will pre-select 4 participants. The procedure is anonymous.// Eligible to participate are architects in consortiums with landscape architects.
