France – Installation services of electrical equipment – Rénovation du contrôle commande du barrage de Gambsheim

The present ordinary contract, with a maximum duration of 6 years (including 1 optional year) in one lot, meets the needs for renovation work on the control system of the Gerstheim plant. The work concerns the renovation of the control system of the GAMBSHEIM barrage. This barrage has 6 passes, each closed by a segment gate (also known as a lower gate) and surmounted by a spillway gate (also known as an upper gate). The Gambsheim facility is equipped with two upstream level gauges located on the left bank of the plant canal, these gauges serve both to operate the hydroelectric power plant and to regulate the upstream water level of the barrage. •The work concerns the renovation of the alternating and direct current electrical distribution, the installation of standby and ultimate standby generator sets. The work also concerns the tertiary equipment (lighting of the future premises, lighting of the entire barrage, partial renovation of the gate heating system, industrial network installations of the barrage, as well as the fire protection of the barrage). •The work concerns the renovation of programmed or relayed automation of the various components and their instrumentation, the automation of the command and status logging of the barrage and the level measurements. •The work concerns the renovation of the instrumentation and the operating systems of the barrage gates. •The work concerns the deployment or renovation of limnimeters necessary for the operation of the facility. Technical options will be included in the following areas: - Programming of the 1st and 2nd rank command automata of the barrage. - Installation and commissioning of dynamometric axes and their conditioners. - Installation of additional position sensors on the upper gates. - Moving and recabling the fish lock system. - Installation of an air conditioning system in the barrage premises. - Installation of a double-skin fuel tank for the barrage GE. - Installation of a new fuel tank for the barrage GE. - Renovation of the control room office of the barrage located at the plant. - Complete renovation of the gate heating system (anti-freeze protection). - Grouping all limnimetric equipment in a cabinet in the telecom premises. - Removal of the level orbs from the old limnimetric cabin.
