France – Heating works – SOFLEC - TRAVAUX D'AUTOMATISME SUR LE RESEAU DE CHALEUR ECOME

The ORLEANS Metropolitan Authority, competent in the creation, development, maintenance and management of heat networks, has decided to entrust to a third party, within the framework of a public service delegation of a duration of 10 years, the design, financing, implementation, operation, maintenance, renewal and modernisation of the public service for the production and distribution of urban heating on part of its territory: ORLEANS LA SOURCE, OLIVET and FLEURY LES AUBRAIS. Within this framework, DALKIA will act as the Delegated Project Owner, on behalf of ÉCOME, for the implementation of heat production and distribution facilities.
