Supply of powdered activated carbon, decantation quality, for the drinking water production plant of Angers Loire Métropole, contract duration of 4 years, framework agreement with subsequent contract, without minimum with a maximum set at 1 800 tonnes. The subsequent contracts will take the form of framework agreements with purchase orders and will be concluded with the economic operators whose powdered activated carbon proposal(s) are ranked among the top 3. The distribution of orders is specified in the contract documents.
