The contract involves the provision of labour services that fit within the context of a hybrid-own-regime model, as used within the organisation (see annex 6). The service provision must align with the practice where schools operate autonomously and responsibilities are low within the organisation, with a human-centred approach as the starting point. The maximum value per year is set at €261,300 excluding VAT. The maximum value takes into account approximately 30% unforeseen circumstances compared to the estimate. These unforeseen circumstances relate to the fluctuation of staff numbers.
