Technical Equipment HLSK, LPH 8–9 Basic Services / Special Services

Europe-wide procurement of planning/supervision services for the technical equipment (HLSK) according to § 55 HOAI 2021, Part 4, for the new construction of the OP/Intensive Care Department at the Rottal-Inn Clinic Eggenfelden. The basic services of the phases 8 (site supervision and documentation) and 9 (site support) including special services for:

– Lot 1: Sewage, water and gas systems

– Lot 2: Heating systems

– Lot 3: Ventilation systems

– Lot 7: Usage-specific systems (media supply / fire extinguishing systems)

– Lot 8: MSR technology for the commissioned systems as well as technical systems in external systems (CG 551–554, possibly 558). The services include the takeover on the basis of a planning created by another specialist planner as well as the services described in the service catalogue for familiarisation, technical examination and quality assurance. Further special services are optional
