Netherlands – Software package and information systems – Software Broker

The purpose of this Procurement is: The purpose of this procurement is to conclude a framework agreement with one Software Broker for the supply of software licences. To achieve this, the contracting authority will conduct an open procedure for this purchase in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2012, last amended on 1 July 2016. The procedure will be carried out entirely electronically. The estimated value of the orders during the entire duration of the framework agreement, including all extension options, amounts to € 73,000,000.00, excluding VAT. In addition to this estimate, the contracting authority uses an estimated indexation and an uncertainty factor of a total of 5% per year, among other things, due to recent market developments, fluctuations in replacement needs, and possible technological and/or software developments.
