The municipality of Heitersheim is constructing a new fire station and a new municipal works building on the northern outskirts of the town. The complex, built in solid construction, will be supplemented by 2 steel industrial halls (municipal works vehicles and cold storage). The process will be carried out in sections (see KEV 116.1): municipal works, fire station and then industrial halls. The service advertised here includes the two industrial halls, vehicle hall for the municipal works and the cold storage. The earthworks and structural works for the halls will be carried out by the contractor for the industrial halls. Municipal works vehicle hall: approx. 30.70 x 12.85 m, steel frame construction, sandwich panels roof and wall, 5 sectional doors, 1 door element, 5 windows. Cold storage: approx. 30.50 x 19.75 m, steel frame construction, partially enclosed with sandwich panels roof and wall, 2 sectional doors, 1 door element.
