Poland – Public road transport services – „Świadczenie usług przewozowych w komunikacji miejskiej organizowanej przez Miasto Kielce – Zarząd Transportu Miejskiego w Kielcach, na obszarze Miasta Kielce oraz gmin objętych porozumieniami międzygminnymi”.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services in urban public transport organised by the City of Kielce – Municipal Transport Authority in Kielce, within the area of the City of Kielce and the municipalities covered by inter-municipal agreements; 2. The subject of the contract are transport services provided for a period of 10 years (120 months) in the annual quantity of 8,000,000 (eight million) bus-kilometres. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The contracting authority requires that the transport services be performed personally by the Contractor; 4. The Contractor is obligated to execute the contract on the principles and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ. 5. The contracting authority requires the Contractor to employ, under an employment contract, the following: - bus drivers, - dispatchers, - traffic supervision service personnel, providing work for the Contractor during the validity of the Agreement. The contracting authority reserves the right to control the Contractor's compliance with the requirement to employ bus drivers, dispatchers, and traffic supervision service personnel under an employment contract during the execution of the Agreement. The employment control will be carried out by authorised employees of the contracting authority.
