Extension and conversion of the primary school in Söhlde for full-day school operation, Schulstraße 1 in 31185 Söhlde. The municipality of Söhlde has decided to extend and convert the primary school in Söhlde into a full-day school. The project is to be implemented with GKHi Gesellschaft für Kommunale Immobilien. The existing school building is located on the property at Schulstraße 1 in Söhlde, owned by the municipality of Söhlde. The two-stream primary school is to accommodate approximately 200 pupils in 8 classes of 25 pupils each. Prior to this, the municipality of Söhlde commissioned a concept study for the extension and conversion of the primary school in Söhlde into a full-day school. The concept study, developed in discussions with the administration and school management, is the basis for the aforementioned planning. In addition to necessary renovation measures in the existing structure, the conversion and extension are planned in 3 construction phases from 2027 to 2029. The planning is to take place after the VgV negotiation procedure from August 2026. The cost groups 300 + 400 of the three construction phases have been estimated at 2,691,800,- Euros gross for the extensions. The costs for renovation measures as well as for the property (KG 100), preparation/ development (KG 200), equipment (KG 600), incidental costs of construction (KG 700) and financing costs (KG 800) are not included in the cost estimate. The new construction is to be planned functionally and economically in medium equipment quality and executed to be barrier-free. The use of environmentally compatible and sustainable building materials is to be preferred. The preliminary and design planning will be coordinated in detail with the administration and the school management in the planning process.
