Romania – Repair and maintenance services of liquid pumps – Servicii de reparatii capitale pentru 2 electropompe tip NMV 2000 RA - CR # 45365

The services that are the subject of the present procurement consist of capital repair services for 2 NMV 2000 RA type electric pumps belonging to the Condenser Cooling Water System U1 & U2 (BSI 71210) within a period of 48 months (actual provision). Requests for clarification or additional information regarding the award documentation shall be submitted by economic operators at least 16 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will only respond to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the set deadline. The contracting entity's response to these requests will be transmitted in two stages, as follows: 25 days before the deadline for submission of tenders (for requests received 30 days before this date) and on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, for the remaining requests for clarification, in accordance with art. 173 of Law no. 99/2016 as amended. ATTENTION!!! THE CONTRACTING ENTITY WILL ONLY RESPOND TO REQUESTS FOR CLARIFICATION SUBMITTED BY ECONOMIC OPERATORS BY THE SET DEADLINE (16 DAYS BEFORE THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF TENDERS).
