Germany – Accommodation, building and window cleaning services – Gemeinde Sandhausen: Unterhalts-, Grund-, Glas- und Rahmenreinigung

The municipality of Sandhausen is awarding the maintenance, ground, glass and frame cleaning of its properties in four lots. Lot 1 includes schools with sports halls, Lot 2 the facilities of the core childcare, the daycare and the kindergartens, Lot 3 other buildings of the municipality, Lot 4 the glass and frame cleaning of all objects. Bids can be submitted for one or more lots. Alternate bids and change proposals are excluded. The contract begins on 01.01.2027 and runs until 31.07.2030; it renews twice for one year each, at the latest until 31.07.2032, unless it is terminated with a notice period of six months.
