The Stadtwerke Landshut plan to progressively renovate the indoor pool of the Stadtbad Landshut (Dammstraße 28, 84034 Landshut), which was built in the early 1970s and requires extensive renovation in almost all structural and technical areas. The basic services of phases 1-9 of the scope of services for technical equipment for plant groups 1, 2, 3, 7, 8 according to § 55 para. 1 sentence 2 HOAI 2021, Part 4, Section 2 will be awarded in stages. In addition, special services will be awarded. Note: Phase 4 (approval planning) will only be commissioned for those systems for which immediate approval is required under public law. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the scope of services accordingly.
