Czechia – Construction work – Rozšíření a revitalizace severozápadní části Botanické zahrady Teplice

The subject of the Public Procurement is the demolition of existing greenhouse structures, the construction of a new multi-span greenhouse for cultivation purposes at the Botanical Garden Teplice, and the construction of an educational pavilion, which will serve visitors, particularly primary and secondary school students. The subject of the Public Procurement also includes landscaping of the site, including newly designed hardened areas, new cultivation areas, and engineering networks. The reconstruction and revitalisation focuses in particular on technological equipment with an emphasis on modular measurement and regulation systems for heating and humidity, while ensuring the concurrent operation of the botanical garden, with accessibility and use of the area for the public and third parties throughout the implementation period according to the approved schedule. The selected supplier will also ensure the implementation of the trial operation of the technological systems and the subsequent provision of the acceptance decision and the related engineering in accordance with the relevant provisions of the draft contract for work, which forms Annex No. 1 ZD.
