The Contracting Authority wishes to contract a supplier who can collect all waste streams, is flexible, has a proactive attitude, and thinks along with the client, providing requested and unsolicited advice. The Contract concerns the collection, transport, and sustainable processing of the various waste streams for all locations of the Contracting Authority, including the supply, maintenance, and optional cleaning of collection means/containers. The Contractor will execute the contract in accordance with this tender guide and the programme of requirements as included in the appendices.
