Municipality of Voorst and SKBG invite experienced parties to apply for the European restricted procedure for the Total Engineering assignment for the new construction of Basisschool Martinus in Twello. One contracting party is sought to assemble and lead an integral design team for school, childcare and outdoor space. The assignment includes, among other things, architecture, constructions, installations, building physics, sustainability, cost advice and site integration. Central to this are a coherent, feasible, financially manageable and future-proof design, fitting the educational vision and spatial context. The work in principle runs from project definition to price and contract formation. Parties with demonstrable experience in integral design and engineering assignments for educational or similar utility buildings are cordially invited to apply.
