The subject of the procurement is the comprehensive technical and functional renovation of Töölön Kisahall. The project includes the overall technical and functional renovation of Töölön Kisahall. The project will be implemented as a phased, collaborative project management contract, where the development phase work is carried out under a pre-agreement of the project management contract before the actual signing of the project management contract. The key functional objective of the renovation is to increase sports facilities, increase visitor numbers, and increase freely available spaces. The size of the project is approximately 27 000 m2.
