Poland – Police cars – Dostawa pojazdów oznakowanych z napędem hybrydowym dla Komendy Wojewódzkiej Policji w Lublinie

The subject of the contract is the supply for the Provincial Police Headquarters in Lublin of: - 2 brand new SUV-type passenger cars in the marked version (year of manufacture 2026) - as part of the main contract, and - 2 brand new SUV-type passenger cars in the marked version (year of manufacture 2026) - as part of the contract with the right of option. The subject of the contract covers the supply of 4 marked vehicles in total. 2. The contracting authority reserves the right that the option right is an entitlement, not an obligation of the contracting authority, which means that the contractor has no claim in the event of the contracting authority not exercising the option right. 3. The cars purchased under the option right will be identical to the cars offered as part of the main contract, and their unit prices will be the same as the price of the cars in the main contract. 4. The subject of the contract must meet all the conditions specified in detail in Annex No. 1.2 to SWZ – “Minimum technical requirements for a marked police SUV-type vehicle with hybrid drive”, constituting the technical specification and in the annexes to this specification, i.e.: in Annex No. 1.2.1 – “Technical requirements for the installation of radio communication equipment” and Annex No. 1.2.3 – “Requirements regarding the method of marking police SUV-type vehicles”. 5. The contractor must submit, together with the offer, Annex No. 1.1 to SWZ – “Offer price”. In the above annex, all required information must be provided and the required fields must be completed (including all dotted fields, in which, in particular, the make, type, variant, commercial designation of the offered vehicle, vehicle parameters, warranty periods must be entered). The contractor declares in Annex 1.1 to SWZ that the vehicles offered by it meet the minimum technical requirements described in detail in Annex No. 1.2, 1.2.1 and 1.2.2. Other detailed information regarding the description of the subject of the contract is contained in Section IV of the SWZ.
