France – Construction work for electricity power lines – Marché de rénovation programmée HTA -DR LIMOUSIN 2026-2031

Renewal of overhead high-voltage (HTA) networks in the Limousin Regional Directorate for the period 2026/2031. The contract concerns the Programmed Renovation (RP) works of the overhead HTA facilities of the Limousin Regional Directorate in the départements of Corrèze (19), Creuse (23) and Haute-Vienne (87). The duration of the contract is 5 years firm (from 01/12/2026 to 30/11/2031). The contract includes two conditional tranches over the duration of the contract. The contract is divided into three geographical lots: 1 lot Corrèze, 1 lot Creuse and 1 lot Haute-Vienne. Enedis ensures the sustainability and maintenance of the overhead high-voltage category A (HTA) networks. As part of maintaining the "Performance of the overhead HTA network" over time and its policy of "Programmed Renovation of overhead HTA networks" over 25 years old (RP), the Limousin Regional Directorate (DR) entrusts the Contractor, according to its needs on each site taken individually, with the missions of this implementation. The RP aims to bring and maintain the reliability of the standard overhead HTA network to a level close to new by proceeding with a targeted replacement with similar functionalities and characteristics, of wearing parts or components in the process of degradation and by eliminating the components identified as "atypical". The scope of the services entrusted includes the following services: ­ Programmed Renovation technical studies. ­ Programmed Renovation works. All RP services must take into account safety and the environment, the regulations and standards in force, the technical compliance of electrical facilities, access to private properties and to the facilities concerned and the satisfaction of third parties and customers. Depending on the nature of the replacement interventions of the components of the facility concerned, the RP works can: ­ be limited to the replacement and installation of head supports and line conductors and earthing equipment without excavation, hereinafter referred to as "RP Works without implantation", ­ be assimilated to construction or modification works of an overhead HTA line, hereinafter referred to as "RP Works with implantation". When the DR chooses to do so, "Works related to RP" are added to the scope of the contract services.
