The subject of the contract is the supply of a light quartermaster vehicle for the needs of the State Fire Service. The subject of the contract must be executed within the scope and in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, in particular in Annex No. 1 to it entitled: "Description of the Subject of the Contract" (hereinafter also referred to as "OPZ") and in accordance with the applicable regulations. The detailed requirements for the execution of the contract are also specified in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ entitled: "Draft Contract Terms" (hereinafter also referred to as "PPU"). The contracting authority requires the contractor to provide at least 24 months of warranty and retention (the retention period will be equal to the warranty period) from the date of acceptance of the subject of the contract. The detailed required warranty conditions are contained in the PPU.
