Bulgaria – Pharmaceutical products – ”Периодична доставка на лекарствени продукти по приложена спецификация за нуждите на „МБАЛ – Асеновград” ЕООД”

The subject of this public procurement is the delivery of goods as per Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Public Procurement Act. Periodic deliveries of medicinal products are made based on advance written requests to ensure the treatment process at „Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment - Asenovgrad” EOOD.

The dynamic purchasing system is not divided into categories – it includes medicinal products, the distribution and trade conditions of which are regulated by the Medicinal Products in Human Medicine Act, for which uniform criteria for the selection of participants and equal delivery conditions will be applied.

The medicinal products, which are the subject of the Dynamic Purchasing System, are divided into nomenclatural units, presented as the Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical (ATC) code for medicinal products, included in Appendix No. 2 of the Positive Drug List, International Nonproprietary Name - INN, the amount of active medicinal substance in a unit of medicinal product, medicinal form and the approximate quantity in the Technical Specification attached to the Documentation - Appendix No. 1.

The quantities of medicinal products indicated in the Technical Specification are indicative and do not oblige the contracting authority to purchase them in full. The execution of deliveries is determined by the needs of the medical institution based on patient admission and financial security.

The types of medicinal products indicated in the Technical Specification, as well as the forecasted quantities, may be changed, depending on the specific needs of the contracting authority, by adding new medicinal products, including changing the forecasted quantities, when placing each specific public procurement, within the created Dynamic Purchasing System, for the duration of its validity.

The period for which the Dynamic Purchasing System is created is 2 (two) years or 24 (twenty-four) months.

The term of the contracts, which will be concluded on the basis of the public procurements carried out within the created Dynamic Purchasing System, is 24 (twenty-four) months. Deadline for submission of initial applications – 06.03.2026.
