The subject of the contract is the delivery of 2 medium-sized fire-rescue vehicles in accordance with the requirements of Annex No. 1 to SWZ – description of the subject of the contract for Part I and II of the contract. Part I of the contract – delivery of 1 medium-sized fire-rescue vehicle – in accordance with the requirements of Annex No. 1 to SWZ – description of the subject of the contract with the option for an additional medium-sized fire-rescue vehicle. Part II of the contract – delivery of 1 medium-sized fire-rescue vehicle – in accordance with the requirements of Annex No. 1 to SWZ – description of the subject of the contract with the option for an additional medium-sized fire-rescue vehicle. The contracting authority intends to exercise the option for each part of the contract to deliver 1 medium-sized fire-rescue vehicle. The contracting authority will exercise the option no later than 14 calendar days from the date of the contract award. The exercise of the option is subject to the following circumstances: a) achieving savings in the awarded contract, b) obtaining additional financial resources, c) the occurrence of an urgent, unforeseeable need for additional equipment. The subject of the contract must meet the following requirements: a) comply with all the features specified in the contract specifications. b) be new and comply with the applicable standards. c) have a complete set of technical and operational documentation.
