Netherlands – Sewage, refuse, cleaning and environmental services – Raamovereenkomst voor onderhoud en renovatie van IBA-systemen

Waterschap Scheldestromen intends to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor for the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance and renovation works on IBA systems in various municipalities in the province of Zeeland. The works relate to 177 IBA systems, including systems with tanks and helophyte filters, spread across the municipalities of Goes, Hulst, Middelburg, Reimerswaal, Sluis, Terneuzen and Tholen. The contract includes, among other things, periodic preventive maintenance, the detection and rectification of faults, the provision of a 24-hour fault service, the removal and disposal of silt, the performance of measurements and checks, the registration and reporting of maintenance and fault data and the execution of renovation works. Renovations can be ordered as an option within the framework agreement and consist, among other things, of works on controls, electrical components, piping in and around the tanks and civil engineering repairs. The complete replacement of IBA systems falls outside the scope of the contract. The framework agreement has an initial term of two years and may be extended once by two years. The intended start date is 1 January 2027. Awarding will take place on the basis of the best price-quality ratio.
