The subject of the procurement is the supply of closed system transfer devices (CSTD) for the preparation and administration of cytostatic and cytotoxic admixtures. The purpose of the devices is to ensure the safe handling of cytotoxic and cytostatic active substances during the transfer of medicinal products in a closed system, as well as to minimise the release of hazardous pharmaceutical active substances into the environment and the exposure of healthcare personnel. All cytostatic preparations made using the closed system, including infusion bags/bottles, as well as pre-prepared syringes + adapter units, i.e. boluses, shall be suitable for transport in the tenderer's pneumatic tube system without removing any of the various components of the closed system: their size shall allow safe placement and transport in a shipping capsule with a usable dispatch size of 115 x 330 mm. The ordering of closed systems generally takes place once a month, with a maximum of 2 times. At the beginning of the month. The order quantity of closed systems can vary depending on the chemotherapeutic treatments of the previous month. The creation of a consignment warehouse is not necessary. The tenderer records that on average, the following orders are made on a monthly basis: 1. item: Ampoule adapter monthly quantity: 1000-1200 units/month 2. item: Adapter for infusion bottle/bag: 1000-1200 units/month 3. item: Syringe adapter with luer-lock connection: 400-600 units/month 4. item: Luer-lock adapter: 30-60 units/month 5. item: Catheter adapter: 30-60 units/month With reference to the above, the tenderer has determined the suitability requirement.
