Tender - Emptying of stormwater wells in Esbjerg Municipality. Esbjerg Municipality hereby publishes the tender material regarding the emptying of stormwater wells, line drains, soakaways and sand traps. The agreement includes operation and maintenance of road drainage systems on public roads, paths, squares, parking lots and tunnels throughout the municipality. The contract is expected to commence on 1 January 2027 with a duration of 6 years. The task includes approximately 15,000 stormwater wells on the main road network, approximately 18,700 wells on residential roads as well as soakaways, line drains, sand traps and soakaways. The emptying is carried out at different frequencies depending on road type and area, as the agreement also includes the possibility of extra and emergency emptying if needed. Among other things, the following requirements are made: Thorough emptying and cleaning, so that the drainage systems function as intended. Digital registration and documentation of all emptying carried out in the municipality's GIS system. Control of the wells' function as well as reporting of damages and faults. Quick response to urgent tasks with standby duty. Traffic-safe execution of the work with correct signage and trained personnel. Environmentally friendly handling and disposal of the pumped material.
