Germany – Public road transport services – Subunternehmerleistungen „Alter Flughafen“ im Stadtverkehr Gießen

The services will be awarded as a service contract under a negotiated procedure with prior qualification in accordance with § 13 Abs. 1 SektVO in conjunction with § 15 SektVO and include public transport services in the area of the city of Gießen and the municipality of Wettenberg. Specifically, this concerns lines 16, 17, 800 and the trips of the service vehicles 815 and 817. The services include the provision of vehicle rotations specified by the contracting authority. The individual rotations can be found in the tender documents. The services can be provided from the start of operations on a timetable with five vehicles (articulated buses) and in an average calendar year with approximately 273,000 useful vehicle kilometers and approximately 17,460 timetable hours. The services are to be provided either with A) 5 "clean" vehicles (mandatory use of "clean" synthetic and paraffin-containing fuels within the meaning of the SaubFahrzeugBeschG), or B) 4 electric vehicles and 1 "clean" vehicle (mandatory use of "clean" synthetic and paraffin-containing fuels within the meaning of the SaubFahrzeugBeschG) in regular service, see price list B2. In case B), the driving services on lines 16 and 17 must be provided with the electric buses. In the subsequent tender submission, a bidder/consortium may submit a bid for A) and B).
