Lease and maintenance of printing solutions: copiers, printers and administration software for the schools, municipal services of the City and the CCAS of Draguignan and its sub-entities

The present consultation is carried out on behalf of the purchasing group formed between the municipality of Draguignan and the Centre Communal d'Action Sociale de Draguignan (CCAS), pursuant to Articles L 2113-6 and L. 2113-7 of the Public Procurement Code. For the implementation of the group's objectives, the municipality of Draguignan has been designated as the coordinator (Article 4 of the convention). In this capacity, it is notably in charge of preparing the entire tendering procedure, signing and notifying the contract. For the rest, each member of the group is responsible for ensuring the proper execution of the contract relating to its own needs.
