Maximum framework agreement value: 170,485,000 lei. Minimum subsequent contract: 2,908,255 lei. Maximum subsequent contract: 19,029,000 lei. The subsequent contracts will be awarded during the framework agreement period depending on the concrete needs of the Contracting Authority, with respect for the legal provisions regarding the commitment of expenditure and within the legally approved budget credits for the respective investment objectives. The conclusion of the framework agreement does not represent a commitment of the Contracting Authority to acquire the estimated maximum quantity.
