Germany – Multi-dwelling buildings construction work – Generalunternehmerleistungen für den Neubau von 3 Mehrfamilienhäusern, Tietzestraße Hamburg, Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben, Regionalbereich Nord (VOEK 548a-25)

With the Wohnraumoffensive, the Federal Government, the Länder and the municipalities have set themselves the goal of addressing the shortage of affordable housing. In light of the increasing demand for housing in Hamburg, the BImA plans to densify the existing housing complex at Tietze- and Wildenbruchstraße and to erect 2 new residential buildings (No. 17 with 15 units + No. 21 with 6 units) and a replacement new build for a building that is no longer worth preserving (No. 15 with 3 units) in the area of the current green spaces. All new builds shall be certified according to BIRN and shall meet the requirements of GEG 2023, DIN 4108 and a KfW Energy Efficiency House 40. As part of the construction work, the open spaces of the entire complex shall be redesigned and revised. Completion of the entire project is targeted for the 1st quarter of 2028.
