CHANGE NOTICE This is a notice of the change to the notice. Due to the change in the address schedule, the subject of the procurement has been substantially modified; therefore, a change notice is being published in accordance with § 132(1) GWB to transparently and non-discriminatorily re-advertise the changed scope of services. ============================================================ The municipality of Stockheim (hereinafter: "Grantor") aims to provide comprehensive access to gigabit networks. In addition, the Grantor aims to strengthen its business location and ensure the competitiveness of its companies. Therefore, the Grantor intends to conclude concession contracts with telecommunications companies for the construction and operation of gigabit networks and the provision of end-user services in the areas specified in more detail below. The Grantor has submitted a funding application and received approved funding within the framework of the federal funding program "Funding to support the expansion of gigabit telecommunications networks in the Federal Republic of Germany - Gigabit Guideline 2.0" within the framework of the "Gap Closure Program" in the sense of No. 9.1. In addition, the Grantor intends to apply for co-financing in accordance with the "Guideline on the co-financing of the gigabit expansion by the federal government in the Free State of Bavaria 2.0" (Bavarian Co-financing Gigabit Guideline 2.0 - KofGibitR 2.0). The funding generally covers the investment costs specified. The investment costs are determined from the present value of all revenues for a period of at least seven years and the present value of all costs of network construction. Funding for network operating costs will not be provided. An increase in the maximum grant amount specified in the grant notification is not possible. Offers with a result (economic gap or total financing) of more than 1,000,000.00 EUR (net) cannot be taken into account in the evaluation of tenders.
