Belgium – Call centre – De organisatie en het beheer van een meertalig callcenter dat 24/24u en 7/7d bereikbaar is.

This call centre will, with operators, direct callers according to an established protocol. This includes:

- Directing and entering the data of patients attending the on-call medical posts;

- Entering the data of patients receiving home visits and organising the movements of on-call doctors as effectively as possible, while minimising patient waiting times and taking into account any linguistic preferences;

- Contributing to the improvement of the Brussels On-Call Service through the call centre.
