This contract concerns the supply, installation and maintenance of identification systems, weighing systems and on-board computers, equipment for detecting and tracking sorting errors on waste collection vehicles, enabling the integration, transmission and remote analysis of data, with assistance in the approval of weighing systems. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. The services are paid for by unit and lump-sum prices. The contract allows for: - keeping the on-board equipment operational and performing, and evolving it across all vehicles in the current fleet; - equipping and operating new waste collection vehicle acquisitions under the same conditions. More specifically, this contract ensures both the continuity of the service and the consideration of desired developments by integrating: - the equipment and operation of the on-board equipment of current vehicles as well as those entering the fleet renewal process; - the installation and maintenance of this equipment so that it remains operational and compliant with current legislation; - the daily transfer and deposit of vehicle-generated data on a secure exchange platform for the local authority; - the daily delivery of collection data compliant with the operation of the local authority's information and billing system RI; - the integration of technical developments and new functional needs identified, notably the variant imposed by the contracting authority: the detection and tracking of sorting errors (SDE) on waste collection vehicles, as well as their analysis and the proposal of action plans assisted by artificial intelligence. The development and installation of these specific equipment, as well as the necessary service continuity, require a testing phase during an overlap period before deployment.
