For the renovation of Building 5A and the new construction of a vehicle hall, a general planner is to be commissioned for Lots 300 to 600. The HOAI service spectra of general planning, building planning, technical building equipment, structural design, external facilities and building physics are to be commissioned. The planning contract is awarded in stages and includes the performance phases 1 to 8 for the basic services of all relevant planning of the described services according to HOAI to 100%. The following applies: Performance level 1: LP 1-2 Performance level 2: LP 3-7 Performance level 3: LP 8 There is no entitlement of the contractor to call up any further performance level.
