Germany – Financial and insurance services – Einführung eines Kollektivvertrages zur betrieblichen Krankenversicherung für die tariflich Beschäftigen der Rheinbahn AG

The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a collective agreement for a company health insurance (bKV) for the collectively agreed employees of Rheinbahn AG. The company health insurance is to be designed as a mandatory group insurance contract. The contract is to be concluded for all employees who are in an un-terminated employment relationship with Rheinbahn AG at the start of the contract and who are registered for the insurance contract by Rheinbahn AG. Rheinbahn AG grants the entitled employees a voluntary, tax-free non-cash benefit of currently a maximum of 30.00 EUR per month per insured person according to § 8 Abs. 2 Satz 11 EStG for the financing of the company health insurance. The tender includes a group contract with a minimum term of two years.
