Венковец“

Consultancy services under Article 166, Paragraph 1 of the Spatial Development Act (SDA) for the object: "Replacement of the DN 1000 gas pipeline for Greece and North Macedonia in the section from the node for connecting the pipeline to the compressor station "Ihtiman" to Venkovets village" The subject of the procurement includes the performance of the following activities: 1. Assessment for compliance of the investment project - working project phase, with the main requirements for the constructions according to Article 142, Paragraph 5 and Paragraph 10 of the SDA; 2. Provision of expert support to the client and the designer in the coordination of the investment project with the competent control bodies, operating companies and interested parties; 3. Preparation of a comprehensive report according to Article 142, Paragraph 6, Item 2 of the SDA; 4. Performance of construction supervision according to Article 168, Paragraph 1 in connection with Article 168, Paragraph 2 of the SDA and carrying out checks and controls of the supplied and incorporated in the construction building products, with which the fulfillment of the main requirements for the constructions is ensured in accordance with the requirements of the ordinance under Article 9, Paragraph 2, Item 5 of the Law on Technical Requirements for Products; 5. Performance of the functions of the coordinator for safety and health for the construction implementation stage according to Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety conditions at work when carrying out construction and assembly works; 6. Preparation of a final report according to Article 168, Paragraph 6 of the SDA; 7. Preparation and registration of a technical passport for the construction according to Article 176a of the SDA and Ordinance No. 5 of 28.12.2006 on the technical passports of constructions. The object "DN 1000 Gas Pipeline for the Republic of Greece and the Republic of North Macedonia from the node for connecting the gas pipeline at CS "Ihtiman" to Venkovets village", consists of the following sub-objects, which will be implemented simultaneously: Sub-object - Linear part and Sub-object - Crane nodes – linear crane node "B1 guarded" (LC B1 guarded) (new) and crane node at "Technological Connection - BP1" (new).
