The municipality of Sternenfels intends to relocate its town hall completely from its current location at Maulbronner Straße 7 in Sternenfels to an existing building, known as KOMM-IN, at Maulbronner Straße 26, where part of the Sternenfels administration is already located. This building is the subject of the present procurement procedure. As part of the planning contract to be awarded, further areas of the KOMM-IN are to be re-planned for use as a town hall and subsequently supervised during the renovation, with the planning task to be awarded to a general planner/consortium of planners. The participants in the procedure are to submit a practical proposal to the municipality for the design and use of the space in the new premises. The implementation of the planning measure is then to be carried out in coordination with the municipality. External facilities are not to be planned.
