The mission of the Project Management Assistant of the SDIT V2 Programme is to assist the contracting authority in defining, structuring and implementing tertiary building rehabilitation and construction projects according to the following typologies: - Construction of GMR, - Rehabilitation of GMR, - Rehabilitation of GdP. All the Project Management Assistance missions of the SDIT V2 Programme are divided into six temporal phases based on a transversal project management mission: 1. Feasibility Phase: Preparation of feasibility studies 2. Programming Phase [Optional]: Preparation of Programme studies and consultation of the Design Team. This phase is lifted according to the passage to the Board of Directors. 3. Design Phase [Optional]: Assist the contracting authority during the production of design studies 4. Works Tendering Phase [Optional]: Support the contracting authority during the tendering of works contractors 5. Implementation Phase [Optional]: Support the contracting authority during the project management of the works by the Design Team 6. Completion Phase [Optional]: Support the contracting authority during the project management of the completion actions by the Design Team. The contract will be divided into 4 technical lots.
