The complete production of the SNCB staff magazine (design, production, and management and home delivery of the SNCB staff magazine). The SNCB wishes to call upon external expertise for the following mission:

• Complete production of the PROS staff magazine: contribution to the definition of the approach to articles, writing texts in the two national languages, layout, photos, printing and distribution (details will be specified in more detail in the technical sheet of the tender dossier for candidates whose application is selected);

• Creation of digital content intended for use on WeBe (our intranet); proposal of ideas (based on the content of the staff magazine), possibly also writing texts in the two national languages and photos.
