As part of its policy for managing the security of its critical IT infrastructure, the "DI3D" department of RATP is deploying network partitioning equipment of the "firewall" type, edited by the company STORMSHIELD. To ensure the performance and availability of its equipment, the DI3D department must be able to rely on a maintenance contract supported by a service provider specialising in the field of IT network security and certified STORMSHIELD. This consultation will result in a single-supplier framework agreement with call-off orders, including a minimum amount and a maximum amount. The services and supplies included in the minimum amount are as follows:

- Maintenance and exchange of equipment within a "standard" timeframe (< 15 days)

- Software updates

- Accessories (Ethernet/fibre extension cards, SFP/GBIC modules, etc.)

- Supply of administration, supervision, backup, centralisation and log analysis software for the entire firewall park

- Supply of licences

- Supply of hardware equipment supporting these software

- Supply of IT equipment:

- SN920 or equivalent range (2 units)

- SN310 or equivalent range (8 units)

- SNI40 or equivalent range (2 units)

- SN310 power supply or equivalent range (10 units)

The services and supplies included in the maximum amount are as follows:

- Maintenance and exchange of equipment within a "standard" timeframe (< 15 days)

- Software updates

- Accessories (Ethernet/fibre extension cards, SFP/GBIC modules, etc.)

- Supply of administration, supervision, backup, centralisation and log analysis software for the entire firewall park

- Supply of licences

- Supply of hardware equipment supporting these software

- Supply, delivery and warranty of partitioning equipment known as "firewalls":

- SN310 or equivalent range (8 units)

- SN920 in HA MASTER or equivalent range (2 units)

- SNI40 or equivalent range (2 units)

- SN310 power supply or equivalent range (10 units)

- Accompanying services

RATP reserves the right to have similar services carried out by the Contract Holder under the conditions set out in Article R2122-7 of the Public Procurement Code. It should be noted that the required turnover must be one and a half times the maximum annual amount awarded.
