The framework agreement covers service work and minor construction projects. The construction projects include building work such as renovations, extensions, and new construction. All projects are linked to the unique operations of Got Event, such as arenas primarily for football and ice hockey and swimming pools, along with associated functions for operation and administration. The main work effort takes place when the arenas are closed, or the work needs to be planned and coordinated with the ongoing operations. This requires a high degree of flexibility, engagement, and resource capacity from all those involved in the projects. The estimated construction sum is approximately 40 million kronor per year. The scope of the projects will be clarified with each call-off. The framework agreement primarily covers projects/work where the conditions for an advertised procedure are not in place, e.g. time-critical projects. The contracting authority reserves the right to procure certain projects outside this framework agreement. Got Event intends to sign framework agreements with two to three contractors. The suppliers will not be ranked. The ambition is to consult the framework agreement suppliers so that the volume is distributed approximately equally over time. The ordered volume can have significant variation between years depending on the economic development of Got Event AB and ongoing planning for arena development in Gothenburg. The estimated total volume for the framework agreement (ceiling volume) is approximately 200 million kronor for the entire framework period. The form of contract is both construction contracts and turnkey contracts, and the procurement form is general contracting. The Administrative Provisions sent out in step 2 are in accordance with AMA 21. For the construction projects, AB 04 and ABT 06 apply.
