The contract involves the supply of various hoses for different systems. Each supply number corresponds to a separate lot. There are 379 individual lots in total. Bids can be submitted for one or more lots. The contracting authority reserves the right to award contracts for one or more lots. The contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract to initial offers (indicative offers). The contract period begins on 01.10.2026 and ends on 30.09.2028. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends for any legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special termination right.
