Poland – Computer equipment and supplies – Zakup sprzętu komputerowego i oprogramowania na potrzeby pracowni szkolnych w ramach projektów „Poprawa jakości kształcenia zawodowego na terenie Powiatu Krakowskiego” oraz „Rozwój infrastruktury kształcenia zawodowego w Powiecie Krakowskim”

The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery, unloading, installation (if applicable – i.e. if the subject of the contract requires installation of the given item), and commissioning (if applicable – i.e. if the subject of the contract requires commissioning of the given item) of computer equipment along with software for the Zespół Szkół Ponadpodstawowych in Giebułtów as part of project no. FEMP.06.11-IP.01-0130/24 „Improvement of vocational training quality in the Krakowski County” financed from the funds of the European Union within the European Social Fund Plus and computer equipment along with software for the Zespół Szkół Techniczno-Ekonomicznych in Skawina, Zespół Szkół i Placówek Oświatowych in Skala, Zespół Szkół Ponadpodstawowych in Krzeszowice as part of project no. FEMP.05.03-IP.01-1376/24 „Development of vocational training infrastructure in Krakowski County”. The subject of the contract will be used for educational purposes in the Zespół Szkół Ponadpodstawowych in Giebułtów, Zespół Szkół Techniczno-Ekonomicznych in Skawina, Zespół Szkół i Placówek Oświatowych in Skala, Zespół Szkół Ponadpodstawowych in Krzeszowice. In Annex No. 7 – Description of the Subject of the Contract, it is indicated which school is the recipient of each individual subject of the contract. 2) The contractor is obliged to deliver a factory-new subject of the contract, not showing signs of use, produced with the consideration of current technologies, free from any physical and legal defects and compliant with the requirements specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract. 3) The subject of the contract is divided into 4 parts, namely: Part 1: Multifunctional device – 1 unit Laptop – 2 units Part 2: Computer set – 16 sets Monitor – 16 units Interactive monitor 86" with built-in camera and accessories – 1 unit Network drive – 1 unit Part 3: Laptop – 34 units Computer set – 40 sets Monitor – 40 units Part 4: Laptop – 15 units A3 printer – 1 unit A4 printer – 1 unit 4) The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the implementation conditions are included in: a) the draft contract clauses – Annex No. 8 to SWZ, b) the description of the subject of the contract – Annex No. 7 to SWZ. - The contractor is obliged to submit, together with the offer, the completed Annex No. 1A – 1D to SWZ – Price Form, appropriately for the part for which the contractor submits the offer, according to the following list: Annex No. 1A to SWZ – Price Form – relates to Part 1 Annex No. 1B to SWZ – Price Form – relates to Part 2 Annex No. 1C to SWZ – Price Form – relates to Part 3 Annex No. 1D to SWZ – Price Form – relates to Part 4 - In the Price Form, the data identifying the product for each position and the price must be provided precisely. In the case of laptops and computer sets, the data identifying the subcomponents indicated in the price form must be additionally provided. Annex No. 1A to 1D to SWZ – Price Form is an integral part of the offer and does not allow for supplementation. - The ordering party requires the contractor to provide a quality guarantee for the supplied/performed subject of the contract for a period of at least 24 months, counting from the date of the final protocol acceptance of the subject of the contract. At the same time, the guarantee period is one of the criteria for evaluating offers described below in section 15 of this SWZ. - The ordering party requires that the offered service, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to implement the contract, both as main elements and components, environmental elements, service provisions or accompanying solutions, do not include: • ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation, referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the basic interest of the state's security; • ICT product, the type of which was determined in the decision on recognizing the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or ICT services or ICT processes specified in this decision. Failure to meet the above requirement results in the rejection of the offer on the basis of Article 226(1)(17) or (19) of the Pzp Act. In order to verify the above circumstances, the contractor submits an appropriate declaration in the offer form, and the contractor is also obliged to submit, together with the offer, the List of ICT elements, which is Annex No. 1E to SWZ. The List is an integral part of the offer and serves to identify ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes covered by the offer or used to implement the contract. - The ordering party informs that in this procedure the so-called reverse procedure will be applied. On the basis of Article 139(1) of the Act, the ordering party will first carry out an examination and evaluation of offers, and then carry out a subjective qualification of the contractor whose offer was the highest rated, in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. - In matters not regulated by the Specification of Contract Conditions, the provisions of the Pzp Act together with the executive regulations and the provisions of the Civil Code of 23 April 1964 shall apply. - The ordering party does not require the submission, together with the offer, of a declaration, referred to in Article 125(1) of the Act (JEDZ) by all contractors applying for the award of the contract. The ordering party, in connection with the provisions of Article 139(1) and (2) of the Pzp Act, in order to confirm the lack of grounds for exclusion, meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure, will call the contractor whose offer was the highest rated to submit a declaration, referred to in Article 125(1) of the Act (JEDZ).
