This contract concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with one contractor per lot, for the supply of books and comics for a period of 48 months, to the authorities that are members of the inter-municipal purchasing service of IOK (see Annex B). The term "authorities" refers to: police zones, emergency response zones, OCMW, municipal and city councils and welfare associations. This is a non-exclusive framework agreement with no obligation to purchase. Therefore, notwithstanding the award and conclusion of the framework agreement by the contracting authority IOK on the basis of the present specifications, the aforementioned authorities are free to order elsewhere during the contract period or not to place an order. The contractor may not claim compensation for this. The contract is divided into the following two lots: • Lot 1: Supply of unprocessed books • Lot 2: Supply of unprocessed comics
