Description

The contracting authority, through its subdivisions, needs to procure Forest Regeneration Services in the public forest fund owned by the state for the period 2027-2030, in accordance with the statement of work. The types of forest regeneration services are:

- The service concerning the artificial regeneration of forests (afforestation, completion and reforestation)

- The service concerning the maintenance of regeneration (reviews, clearing of forest species from herbaceous and woody species, manual mobilization of the soil around the seedlings)

- The service of assisting natural regeneration (removal of seedlings and existing young plants, removal of the moss layer, loosening and removal of litter, removal of raw humus, manual mobilization of the soil in strips, clearings, corridors and bands), mowing of grass or moss by mowing, removal of undergrowth, etc.).

The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement, as well as those of the subsequent contracts for each lot, are estimated to be provided in Annex 2 of the Statement of Work.

Note: Number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 18; The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 11 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders; The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarification/additional information that were not submitted within the time limit set in Section I.3 of the procurement data sheet.
