The present notice serves to conclude agreements with pharmaceutical companies in accordance with Section 130a (8) sentence 1 SGB V. The invitation to participate is directed solely at pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or associations of employees of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs in accordance with Section 4 (18) of the Medicinal Products Act. This is not an Open Procedure in accordance with Section 15 VgV in conjunction with Section 119 (3) GWB, but a publication of the invitation to conclude/join rebate agreements with conditions fixed and non-negotiable for all participants, including the level of the rebate. There can be an unlimited number of contractual partners, who can be pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or associations of employees of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs in accordance with Section 4 (18) of the Medicinal Products Act.
