France – Refuse and waste related services – MARCHE D’EXPLOITATION DES DECHETTERIES DE NESLE ET DE HAM

This consultation concerns the operation of the "quays of the two waste transfer stations in Nesle and Ham" on behalf of the Communauté de Communes de l’Est de la Somme. The services include, among others, the following operations:

- Guarding the sites (Nesle and Ham waste transfer stations),

- Welcoming and identifying users via the RFID PAD upon arrival at the site,

- Checking the nature of the waste brought in,

- Directing users to the various boxes and containers to ensure optimal waste sorting with the aim of maximum valorisation,

- Assisting users if necessary (elderly people or people with reduced mobility): assistance with unloading heavy or bulky items,

- Checking the quality of waste sorting by users,

- Checking the fill level of containers (skips, bins, drums, oil columns, etc.) and managing evacuation requests to the various stakeholders (SMITOM du SANTERRE, Eco-Organismes, collection contractors, etc.),

- Maintaining and cleaning the site, installations and equipment,

- Managing operating data and waste traceability,

- Providing documents and IT tools for monitoring, traceability of services and transmission of information.
