Supply of food according to the terms of reference, for which tenders may be submitted for a lot, for all lots or combinations thereof at the premises of the contracting authority. Tendering will be done according to the maximum quantities of this procedure. Delivery will be made in stages according to the number of inpatients and the level of funds that the contracting authority can make available for this purpose. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/bids is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond in a consolidated, clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, provided that the requests for clarification or additional information have been addressed by the tenderers within the time limit set out in section I.3 of the Data Sheet, namely 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
